As you apply for the incorporation, If the Registrar is satisfied that you have followed all the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and have submitted a payment for the fees needed, the Registrar should key in the company’s particulars in the register. Upon the company’s application and its payment of the required fees, the Registrar may issue a certificate of incorporation to it in the manner and form that the Registrar determines.

On the date of incorporation stated in the notice of registration, there should be a company with the name and registration number specified in the principal register that the Registrar keeps. In the register of members, all the individuals whose name is stated as the company’s member in the application of incorporation and on the company’s incorporation should be included as members. From time to time, the company should also include the names of those individuals who may become its members in the register.

If the company has a share capital, all the individuals with their names specified in the incorporation application will become the company’s shareholder according to the application. Also, the details of the company’s registered office should be the same or regarding the information stated in the application. If there is any individual who is named as a secretary or a director in the statement, should be judged as he has been appointed to the related position.

Besides, it serves as proof that the company is registered according to the Act.
